Eligibility: The “Try Before You Buy” offer is exclusively available for the 3-bedroom Ascot Lodge on Plot 28 at Racecourse Marina Lodge Park.

 

Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the Ascot Lodge is four (4) persons. No dogs or pets are permitted during the stay.

 

Pricing and Payment: The cost for a 1-night stay is £200, additional nights can be booked at a rate of £100 per night, up to a maximum of three (3) nights. Full payment for the stay must be made at the time of reservation.

 

Refund Policy: Should you proceed to purchase a lodge at Racecourse Marina Park after your stay, the full cost of your booking will be deducted from the final purchase price of your selected lodge. The refund will only be applicable if the sale is completed. No partial refund or deductions will be provided for incomplete transactions.

 

Booking Requirements: Reservations must be made with a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice prior to your intended stay. Guests must demonstrate a genuine interest in purchasing a lodge. As such, sales meeting with our team is required during your stay.

 

General Conditions: This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Any damage to the property during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest and may affect eligibility for the refund.
